Refund Policy & Procedures

1️⃣ Refunds are processed in the same currency and to the original account or credit card used for the deposit. If bank details are not provided within 5 working days, the request may be canceled. The required bank document must include IBAN/account number, SWIFT/BIC, routing number (if applicable), customer name, bank name, and address.

2️⃣ Fees: A commission may be applied to deposits and refunds, including electronic transfer costs. Fees range from €25 to €50 per bank transfer, deducted from the refund amount.

3️⃣ Request Submission: Refund requests must be made via the Company’s website. Requests submitted through other channels will not be processed.

4️⃣ Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days, once the client meets all margin requirements set by the Company.

5️⃣ Cancellation Policy: The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests if:

  • The remaining balance is insufficient to cover open trades.
  • The customer is not verified (full KYC documents required: identity card, proof of address, proof of payment).
  • The customer has not provided signed deposit statements or bonus agreements (if applicable).
  • The required signed documents are not submitted within 5 working days.

6️⃣ Special Cases: Refunds may be issued back to the original payment card if:

  • Verification is incomplete within 14 working days of the transaction.
  • A third party transaction is detected.
  • A customer violates the Accepted Customer Agreement.

💳 No commission is charged on card refunds.
